The purpose of our fundraisers is to build awareness and to collect any contributions our fellow Tabletop lovers would like to give to help see us achieve our dream of making Boarder City Game Convention(BCGC) 2017 become a reality.
We had a great 1st fundraiser! Here are some pics from the event.
We will be holding our first fundraiser to help defer the cost of hosting our Boarder City Game Convention 2017.
Date: May 20th 2017
Time: 9:00AM – 9:30 PM
Location: UTEP Union East – Templeton Suite (room 313)
At this event we will be having the following:
–Open gaming: We are providing the 200+ games that can be checked out.
-Play to Win: Each time you play the Play to win game, you are entered in a raffle to win it. We will announce the games as we approach the event.
–Over sized Carcassonne.
–Raffles for board games, shirts, and more!
Entry into this event is free. However, we are accepting donations. Donations will be matched so that Meeple Board Game Society and BCGC get the amount donated.
Every donation of $5 awards you 3 tickets and $20 awards you 13 tickets for the raffles.
